We accept cash or M-PESA payments for goods sold. Bank to M-PESA is currently not accepted. Goods sold are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. In the case of double payment or payment made without goods supplied/received, we will issue a credit note for future purchases, but cash refunds are not allowed.
